線上線下(Online to Offline, O2O)電子商務模式作為電子商務發展的主流方向之一,近些年得到充分發展。很多互聯網用戶已習慣線上預定線下消費,這種高效率的消費模式已經在餐飲、酒店預定、打車、旅遊預定、水果購買、生鮮預定等消費品普遍流行。在中國,2020年初的疫情,打亂了人們正常的工作和生活規律,因為不能外出,人們選擇了O2O平臺購買水果、蔬菜、雞鴨等食材,讓社群O2O電子商務行業發展熱門起來。然而,平臺內容的可靠性、平臺功能的完整性、使用者資訊的保護、支付安全等問題一直以來是影響O2O電子商務平臺服務品質的主要問題。為對平臺進行有效治理,建立一套評估O2O電子商務平臺服務品質

模型尤為重要。基於文獻回顧和探討,本文總結梳理了用於評價O2O電子商務平臺服務品質的如社會交互、推薦質量等7個維度下的共用經歷、交互性能等22個準則,而後通過專家訪談及基於優勢的粗糙集方法對維度和準則進行約簡,最終形成了6個維度和19個準則的評價體系。接著,基於決策試驗實驗網路分析法的應用,本文獲取了維度及準則間的影響關係及權重值,從而找出影響評價O2O電子商務平臺服務品質的關鍵指標。 結果表明,隱私和安全,可靠性對社會交互、推薦質量、效率和移情性有著正向的影響,移情性、社會交互和推薦質量是影響O2O電子商務平臺服務品質最重要的三個因素。而後,本文應用逼近理想解排序法,以糯米,口碑,美團、大眾
