中文摘要 隨著科技的進步，電子產業、半導體業、航太產業、工業加工業、車用工業等領域不斷在進步，使得在加工物件上的需求大增。且科技不斷的進步，各行業對產品的精密度、精準度要求也越來越高，故在磨削的過程中，砂輪對加工物件的磨耗參數設定是相當重要的。 本論文之主要研究為透過修改與設定內徑研磨用主軸的轉速、參數，並藉由砂輪磨削對滾珠螺桿中內螺紋的成型變化作為實驗對象，依照歌德型滾珠螺桿的原理為主要探討，並透過精密輪廓量測儀測量內螺紋的螺紋角與粗糙度之結果。利用紀錄每個加工物件測量與參數修改之結果，並利用這些量測與參數修改的分析，找出生產中對品質與速度最好的參數，並利用管制上下限規範分析後，能夠提
前預防不良率的狀況發生，並且延續砂輪在研磨過程中更換的壽命與確保品質的穩定度。 而由研究結果得知砂輪與參數的搭配關係，進而影響了加工物件的內螺紋的螺紋角度、粗糙度。並透過減少修整砂輪量，提高研磨過程中轉速與修整砂輪轉速的過程中，確保牙型角度、粗糙度不變，且能延續砂輪壽命，增加成本效益之結果作為探討，而如何在品質與成本效益中找到最佳平衡點為後續所要面臨的重要課題。

苗栗地區國小教師幸福感與教學效能之相關研究

「師者，所以傳道、授業、解惑也。」國家是否富強、素質是否有足夠的深度，端看如何教育人才、發掘人才，而人才的養成須從小栽培。本研究主旨在探討苗栗地區國小教師幸福感與教學效能的相關情形。研究者採用問卷調查法，透過分層隨機抽樣，以苗栗地區國小教師為研究對象，共發出200份問卷，得到的有效問卷為180份。採用研究工具「國小教師幸福感與教學效能查問卷」將所得資料進行描述統計、考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析（Pearson Correlation）及多元回歸分析。根據問卷調查結果，本研究發現如下：1. 苗栗地區國小教師幸福感現況為中上程度。2. 苗栗地區國小教師教學效能現況為中上程度。3.
苗栗地區國小教師幸福感因性別、學校規模而有所差異；在「生活滿意度」上，因年資不同而有差異；不同性別、教育程度、擔任職務、學校規模之教師則無差異。4. 苗栗地區國小教師教學效能因學校規模不同而有所差異，在「教師自我效能」構面，因年齡、年資不同而有差異；不同性別、教育程度、擔任職務、學校規模之教師則無差異。5. 苗栗地區國小教師之幸福感與教學效能有顯著正相關。
