職場暴力是當今醫療保健環境中最複雜和最危險的職業危害之一。 也是全球醫療保健組織中最具挑戰性的問題。近25%的身體暴力、言語暴力和性騷擾等暴力事件發生在醫療保健系統中,醫護人員遭受暴力的概率是其他領域員工的16倍。暴力風險最高的醫療保健環境是精神科病房,其暴力來源絕大部份是來自病人。暴力可能導致嚴重後果,對護理人員的生活和患者照顧產生負面影響,尤其是懷孕的護理人員。因此,本研究目的旨在探討精神科護理人員於懷孕期間曾遭受病患暴力時的經驗以及如何因應,採質性研究,以滾雪球方式,邀請中部某區域醫院,具精神科實務之護理人員,回溯其懷孕期間曾遭受病患暴力的經驗感受,以半結構深度訪談進行,共談10位護理

2012年《幼兒教育及照顧法》修法為幼兒園每班設置二名導師,開啟兩人平等合作教學的理想模式。然而,實務運作上,因合班老師在教學過程中,時有出現不作為、不出力及不同理念,並刻意「冷嘲熱諷」、「散播不實謠言」、「拒絕伸出援手」及「排擠」的方式,種種不友善職場環境,衍生言語霸凌及關係霸凌,此時,教室裡多一位教師顯然不是助力,反而是一種阻力,甚至引來合作教學模式的不協調。本研究採深度訪談,以3位幼兒園教師、2位人事主管及1位工會幹部為研究對象,探討幼兒園老師長期與另一位老師同班共處,因教學理念不一致、工作目標不同、人格特質迥異及情緒管控等因素,產生人際關係失能性衝突的負向行為。本文分析合作教學運作過

程,層級組織、權力依賴、社會交換及尋租手法等因素衍生合作關係問題,不成功的合作教學誘發職場霸凌。此外,現行的救濟制度能否彰顯?研究結果發現如下:(一)不友善的組織文化 (二)工作依賴程度枷鎖 (三)教師法規未臻周延 (四)個人工作價值觀差異等,助長幼兒園教師間職場霸凌的滋生,保守的教育職場文化,受凌者寧可選擇隱忍,也不願公開。
