本研究針對筆記型電腦離心式風扇,改變扇葉的厚度及葉片數量後之性能進行研究。由於筆記型電腦離心式風扇性能提升的方法很多,也已廣泛的被研究,但是對於扇葉的厚薄及葉片數量多寡的研究則很少。因此本文將就此議題進行研究探討。在研究模型中,採用具有高效率特性與上下進風之73.5x70x11mm離心式風扇,當其扇葉厚度變薄後,搭配多葉片設計,運用平板及多翼扇式葉型再搭配加大進風口尺寸等共9種組合來找出最適合之模型。本研究方法係運用FLUENT計算流體力學軟體對各個所設計的模型分析其性能曲線。研究葉片厚度及葉數對於性能的影響趨勢,再用實驗來作比較及功率測試,來找出最適合之設計。分析的方向主要為扇葉厚度變薄之

後,扇葉葉片數增加,再配合葉型及進風口加大作研究。針對實驗結果可歸納以下幾點結論:1.由比對數值分析結果與實驗結果顯式,數值分析數據與實驗數據之誤差約為3%~5%且性能曲線趨勢相近,由此可知透過數值分析即可獲得等同於實際實驗之結果。2.以本實驗模型來看,數值分析與實驗結果顯示扇葉變薄可增加流量,靜壓則無變化,而扇葉片數以25葉最好。3.扇葉葉形以53葉多翼前傾式之靜壓為最高,若再搭配加大進風口直徑,則有最好之風量及靜壓。而平板後傾式葉型之風量級風壓最小,亦即扇葉出口角度為大於90度時,且進口角度小兩者差增加,風量及靜壓即可加大。本實驗所得之結果可供業界作為設計參考。
