Taking account of modern digital era, the emergence of Internet has brought a new scenario of ecology in project management (PM), its methodology, platform, procedures and tools are subjected to subversive changes. So a monograph of project management under Internet era is urgently needed for renewi
ng concepts in our PM community. The concept of how PM is implemented on the virtual platform through Internet, which is widely used in PM community based on knowledge economy; meanwhile, it is different from former industrial economy with solid assets as its resources and run the project on a real
physical manner. Beside the traditional PM, this book presents how shall we accommodate to conventional PM and also accommodate to Internet environment, it also discusses program management and portfolio management under Internet as well as the challenges of PM in the future. From strategic point of
view, talent cultivation is extremely critial to PM development，we need to cultivate our talents accommodating to the digital era and on the "Internet ]" platform. This is the impetus and the reason of why this monograph is initiated, which can be used as the textbook for graduate and undergraduate
students in related majors, also a reference book to the practitioners, who are working on PM under Internet digital era. Professor Lin serves as a professor in Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China since 1986, Now in charge of Consulting Director, PM Teaching and Research Center, School of Mechan
ical Engineering; and Technical Director, Institute of Engineering Management, School of Naval Architecture, Ocean and Construction Engineering, devoted to the teaching and research in engineering and management as well as the consulting work for more than 50 years. In 1990s, he has been research pr
ofessor in Cornell University, USA and in Hog Kong University.Professor Lin has been the author of seven books (Economic Analyses and B&T Decision; System Analyses and Computer Solutions; Conceptual Design of Structures; Comparative Design of Structures, Quantitative Management; Planning and Design
of Smart Residential Zone, etc.) and near about two hundreds of papers, edited around dozen of Proceedings and special volumes in Engineering and Management.Dr. Huang received the B.E. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, China, in 2002, and the M.E. (with first class honors) and the Ph.D.
degree from The University of Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand, in 2004 and 2008, respectively. He was a Lecturer at the University of Auckland in 2009 and has been with Shanghai Jiao Tong University since 2010. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Sh
anghai Jiao Tong University. In 2011, he was a visiting professor at Sloan School of Management, MIT. His current research interests include nonlinear modeling and analysis, fuzzy logic control, networked control systems, human factor modelling, and project management. Dr. Huang has published one mo

企業轉型與多角化經營策略 -以C貿易(股)公司為例

企業轉型與多角化經營策略的議題，一直以來是企業主與管理者所面臨的最大考驗與挑戰，也是策略管理學界重要的研究課題。本研究擬以國內老牌的化工貿易商~C貿易公司為個案，將其過去50餘年來在化工產業的事業發展軌跡，進行深度的質化分析，期盼能對於企業轉型與多角化經營策略邏輯及方向，提出加值的見解。本研究首先針對C貿易公司主要涉入的各種產業，例如對於石化產業/塗料、樹脂、塑料、電子材料及PU等產業，提出產業結構分析及C公司所扮演的角色。身為『CM集團』成員之一，與該集團各事業主軸的相互連結關係，解析該集團多角化相關資源布局與策略活動，並結合每一階段的外部環境變化，尋找出不同時期所建立之轉型及多角化經營策

高職體育班實施現況、困境及因應策略之研究 ─以國立蘇澳高級海事水產職業學校為例 (2019年)

國立蘇澳高級海事水產職業學校體育班成立於2015年，其目的在於培育基層運動競技選手，並為國家產出優秀運動人才。本研究採文獻分析法及深度訪談法，試圖探究國立蘇澳高級海事水產職業學校體育班的發展現況及困境。根據研究結果所得知，目前學校的運動代表隊有籃球、柔道以及棒球三項，發展至今，已奠定下些許基礎，並有賴學校體育教師和教練團隊的努力，才能在困境中求得穩定的發展。以下針對了國立蘇澳高級海事水產職業學校體育班發展較為嚴峻的難題提出因應策略以及建言，1.學生招收：多為學校鄰近的國中端畢業學生為主，應提高學校知名度，實施機構自學並改善場地設備，藉此增加外地學生的招生就讀。2.經費來源：經費絕大多是仰賴政
府中央主管單位補助款和學校固定的編列，目前除了提升比賽成績的績效爭取補助外，更應該積極地尋找企業廠商以長期贊助的方式來補足經費上的不足之處。3.課業輔導：除了學業低落的學生額外補強，應於寒暑假期間增開加強課程，且依最新體育班設立辦法，來制定相對應的出賽課業標準，以此來改善學生課業成績低落的問題。4.學校支持：學校行政首長應和體育教師團隊達到最大的共識，擬定體育班發展的策略，投入大量資源創造最好的訓練環境，給予體育班學生最好的照顧，以利體育班的永續發展。
