新冠疫情在2019年開始席捲世界各國,在疫情升三級警戒時期台灣政府相繼提出許多行業的限制令,影響到了溫泉行業的經營,也使得喜愛泡湯的民眾無法定期到溫泉旅館或溫泉大眾池進行身心的放鬆。 本研究主要目的為以Macrotellect腦波儀中的高α指數、低α指數及meditation冥想指數評估居家溫泉放鬆的效果顯著性。以實驗分析法,規劃出實驗組(以冷水及溫泉水交替)及對照組(以一般冷熱水交替)進行半身浴實驗,浸泡熱水溫度(或溫泉)控制在42度±1°C,冷水控制在10度±1°C。浸泡冷水一分鐘,再浸泡熱水(或溫泉)兩分鐘,進行五次循環,共15分鐘。 實驗結果顯示,從事一般冷熱水交替時,
腦波中的高α波及低α波有些微進步,但p value高於0.05未達到統計顯著性,表示居家時以一般冷熱水交替放鬆身心的程度有限。冷水及溫泉水交替時,腦波中的高α波及低α波有顯著進步,且p value低於0.05達到統計顯著性,表示居家時以冷溫泉水交替可以有效放鬆身心。
