在早期的農業產業中與消費者的飲食習慣上,人們都只是重視產量多又價錢便宜卻不重視農作物品質與食品安全之下,是以傳統的農作生產即可滿足消費者的需求。但是隨著消費者開始陸續重視了農產品品質與食品安全議題上,傳統的農耕方式與溫室培育方式已經不敷使用了。所以隨著現在科技的發展,現在許多在溫室栽種的農產品已經開始導入工業4.0技術當中的物聯網、雲端計算服務、大數據以及人工智慧等,技術來改善需溫室栽種的農產品的品質以及透過自動化管理方式來做好食品安全的把關。在需要溫室栽種的農產品的例子中,我們以在環控菇舍下培育的食用與藥用菇類培育為例,在傳統的菇舍物聯網監控系統當中往往都是以節省成本為主要訴求,卻忽略了系

統的穩定度與資料保存的安全性,因此僅裝設一台溫度與濕度感測器(溫溼度感測器)與二氧化碳氣體濃度感測器(CO2感測器)來監控環控菇舍的溫度、濕度與二氧化碳氣體濃度(CO2)、並且再由微控制器與伺服器的單一組裝置所構成的菇舍物聯網監控系統之控制核心。但是這樣設計卻很容易造成因為單一裝置故障而徹底癱瘓整套菇舍物聯網監控系統,進而導致環控菇舍中菇類培育失敗的重大損失,另外也會遺失最重要的菇舍內作物環境參數(菇舍環境參數)的重要資料,接著影響未來需要做的大數據分析與人工智慧的功能。因此本研究就是探討如何透過多種具有物聯網功能的裝置與多組能夠在高濕度的菇舍中使用的耐高濕度的溫溼度感測器與CO2感測器,並且

透過能聯網的嵌入式系統(Raspberry Pi)、x86架構的伺服器主機與NAS私有雲以及雲端資料庫來完成這些重要的菇舍環境參數同時同步地進行即時監控、資料存取與查詢等服務的菇舍物聯網監控系統來加以改善傳統的菇舍物聯網中低穩定度、低穩定性與資料保存的安全性上的問題,進而提升環控菇舍的作物之產值與培育成功率,甚至能提供未來可能需要使用的大數據分析與人工智慧的效能…等等。
