目的:過去流行病學研究顯示夜間進食行為與許多疾病相關,例如代謝症候群、憂鬱症、癌症及早產。再者,動物實驗發現讓小老鼠在其生理性的夜晚時段進食,會造成小老鼠體內發炎前趨物質增加,導致全身性發炎。在人體裡,慢性全身性發炎是許多疾病的共同危險因子。綜觀文獻,可以合理推測慢性全身性發炎可能是夜間進食行為與疾病之間的中介因子。因此,本研究試著探討夜間進食行為與慢性全身性發炎在流行病學上的相關性。方法:本研究為橫斷面研究,所使用的資料為2013-2016年台灣國民營養健康狀況變遷調查。經由24小時飲食回憶問卷得到夜間進食行為的兩種定義,其一為「晚上22點30分至清晨06點00分進食熱量佔整天進食熱量的比
例」;其二為「晚上20點30分至清晨06點30分進食熱量佔整天進食熱量的比例」。在這兩種定義下,皆有2451位大於18歲的受訪者被納入分析。另一方面,經由飲食頻率問卷將夜間進食行為的第三種定義定為「過去一個月,每個星期會吃宵夜的平均天數」,有2836位大於18歲的受訪者被納入分析。慢性全身性發炎被定義為血中C-反應蛋白(CRP)數值大於0.1且小於等於1.5 mg/dL。夜間進食行為與慢性全身性發炎相關性的統計分析是使用多元邏輯式迴歸分析(multivariable logistic regression)。結果:當夜間進食行為的定義為「晚上22點30分至清晨06點00分進食熱量佔整天進食熱量

目的:本文主要研究耐力型運動(羽毛球)及阻力型(健美)之運動員,針對長期做不同運動模式,探討兩者之間生理之差異。本研究目的主要探討耐力型運動(羽毛球)及阻力型(健美)的運動員身體組成、心率變異度及動脈硬化,比較兩種運動模式之差異,希望對未來運動員的訓練及教練課表的安排能有所幫助。方法:本研究招集男性羽毛球選手20位平均年齡為21歲和18位男性健美選手平均年齡為23歲。受試者使用DEXA測量身體組成,配戴Polar錶測量安靜時之心率變異度,使用PWV動脈硬化測量動脈硬化程度。將用其檢測結果比較兩者兩種運動模式的差異。結果:本研究從兩組皆接受專業且長期訓練之運動員發現,在身體組成比較中,BMI是
