隨著時代的變遷，社會開始轉型為工商業發展，人們重視休閒活動，茶農在這種趨勢下，紛紛由茶業生產者轉變為茶園經營者，使茶葉產業由一級產業提升為三級產業。茶園經營者利用自然的環境資源、生態及田園景觀，結合具有地方特色之農作物、文化、生活而予以適當之規劃、設計、建設而成為一個具有經營特色的休閒茶園。透過服務人員精緻體貼的服務，吸引消費者願意多次惠顧與推薦給親朋好友。本研究以S茶園為例，探討茶園活動的體驗價值、服務品質與顧客忠誠度之間的關係。研究結果發現，S茶園除了販售茶葉、及茶園體驗活動外，「顧客投資報酬」是對「服務優越性」影響極大的無形產品。除了茶園體驗活動外，S茶園的管理者，應重視環境管理及服務
人員整齊的儀容，注意存貨問題、採購原料或週邊產品時應以短期賣光用完為原則。個別休閒農場通常資源有限，無法滿足遊客所有的遊憩需求，吸引力度不會很高。因此，採取聯盟合作方式，進行地區性或社區型的休閒農業發展，聯合推廣休閒茶園，實屬必要。此外，體驗價值中，美感與趣味性的認同彼此有加乘效果。因此，S茶園可以運用茶園自然景觀與新鮮的空氣，配合參觀活動，引起其遊客學習之興趣。在體驗內容與設施方面，則應增加在地特色與凸顯差異化之處。茶園管理上融入許多相關的茶事知識，使茶園豐富、多元的發展，朝向探索、創新、執行、反思的動態循環過程進行。本研究探討體驗活動、服務品質的效益與顧客忠誠度的關係，期望能夠協助茶園經營

手寫電子紙作為書寫工具對小學學童的影響

一直以來，人類透過書寫文字以表達想法、傳遞知識訊息以及教育下一代，又藉由書寫測驗檢視學習狀況。科技的發展改變及擴展了書寫工具，從龜殼、竹簡、紙張到現今的電腦、平板和電子紙閱讀器，然而不同的書寫工具是否會造成學習或測驗的差異，即是本研究欲探討的。故本研究的目的在於探討不同的書寫工具對於小學學童學習的影響，以過去的研究文獻為基礎，採用準實驗研究法，以新北市某國小五年級22名學童作為研究對象，使用記憶理解題目和認知負荷量表作為研究工具，探討學童分別使用傳統紙筆書寫和觸控筆書寫於電子紙閱讀器時，其國字正確率、字體工整度、內容記憶、內容理解及認知負荷是否有所差異。本研究結論如下： 一、在內容記憶
、字體工整度和國字正確率上，傳統紙筆的表現優於觸控筆書寫於電子紙上，但是對於文本內容的理解程度則不相上下。由此可知，學童還是較為習慣使用傳統紙筆書寫，但是理解能力因為是取決於學童自身的語文程度，故較不受到書寫工具的影響。二、觸控筆書寫在電子紙上的認知負荷高於傳統紙筆書寫。由此可知，書寫工具的不同影響了學童的測驗表現，使用不熟悉的工具造成的認知負荷較大。三、使用兩種書寫工具所產生的國字正確率、字體工整度、內容記憶、內容理解及認知負荷，較不會受到性別、學習成就和觸控筆使用經驗的影響。由此可知，性別、學習成就和有無觸控筆使用經驗不是影響測驗結果的關鍵，重點還是書寫工具的使用。 由以上研究結論，我
們發現若能讓學童(學生)事先熟悉不同的書寫工具，就能縮短跟傳統紙筆書寫的差距，當未來的教育現場出現更多元的書寫或是測驗方式時，學童(學生)不會因為工具的不熟悉造成認知負荷加重而影響其測驗表現，如此才符合科技日新月異、電腦問世後的這個世代。 最後，未來的研究者可以透過增加書寫工具種類、擴展不同年齡層的學生以及文本的不同這三個方向延伸研究，讓相關研究領域更臻完善。
