Non-invasive brain stimulation (NIBS) is currently considered as one of the promised therapeutic solutions for neurological disorders. The most common approach of NIBS is transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), which applies a small electric current over scalp for modulating cortical excita

bility and facilitating treatment outcomes. High-definition tDCS (HD-tDCS) is a focal approach of conventional tDCS, which is proposed to increase the electric current delivered to a specific region of the brain. Instead of using large sponge electrodes, a high-definition montage with multi-electrod

es is used in HD-tDCS. However, the usage of conventional electrodes includes sponge or dry electrode combining with conductive gel bring inconveniences in preparation and error-prone steps. In order to improve the contact and signal transmission of electrodes with scalp, a novel solid-gel with low

resistivity was developed by Plastics Industry Development Center (PIDC, Taiwan). In this study, we evaluated and validated the performance of novel solid-gel with HD-electrodes in performance-based in vitro and in vivo experiments. The tests included biocompatibility and gel-electrodes performance

evaluation. Our results showed that the solid-gel electrodes met the ISO 10993 biocompatibility requirements. Our solid-gel has shown a better performance than several commercial electrodes with low resistance (165 ± 5 Ohm in single state), high moisture (95% after 24 hours) and stable structure (80

%). In addition, our HD-tDCS stimulation experiment using solid-gel can operate smoothly for more than 40 minutes and maintain at low level (lower than 2k Ohm). In this study, we evaluated the performance of a novel solid-gel and demonstrated superior performance for potential use in HD-tDCS. Out d

esign of solid-gel could help to reduce the preparation time and enhance the effectiveness of HD-tDCS. Further studies can be carried out in different conditions for more subjects in order to fully validate potentials of solid-gel.

全球化趨勢下跨國企業所面臨供應鏈變異性,在製造業多個廠的需要同步運作在製造流程中增加彈性,使用較短的生產線及生產流程,以製造不同規格、高品質的產品。透過管理策略的改變,構建彈性和快速回應系統,產生多樣化和客製化的產品及服務,於是最佳供應鏈管理得以滿足市場環境需求「大量客製化」。維繫供應商合作互信,降低成本、提升產品品質,縮短交期以滿足顧客要求,並迎接全球化競爭的生產體系,是跨國企業急需要瞭解並應用的重要課題。本研究為跨國企業之導入全球供應鏈管理關鍵準則以供應鏈管理為研究基礎,透過塑膠射出成型機產業之產、官、學界等專家訪談,初擬跨國企業導入全球供應鏈管理關鍵準則,專家問卷透過模糊德爾菲法 (F

DM) 篩選出「供應鏈管理績效」、「供應鏈管理維度」、與「組織效能」等三大構面、八項指標與46項關鍵因子。並以決策實驗室法 (DEMATEL) 探討跨國企業導入全球供應鏈管理關鍵準則的因果關係與關聯性,在構面中「供應鏈管理效能」與「組織效能」關聯性及因果關係影響較大於「供應鏈管理維度」;在指標中「交貨彈性」與「策略採購」關聯程度及因果關係影響較大,做為企業優先投入改善指標其成效較大,「存貨成本」與「同步工程」則為次之。最後以決策實驗室分析基礎之網路層級分析法 (DANP) ,將「顧客滿意度」、「財務與市場效能」做為公司供應鏈管理最重要之績效目標。以符合FCS集團在全面品質管理追求經營卓越策略目
