公益微電影劇情設計對受眾之情感影響與社群分享意圖

微電影的興起改變了傳播的型態,並在社群網路服務中快速崛起,引領媒體生態系統的改變。許多以公益為目的微電影,利用數位傳播媒體環境的效率與經濟性,在社群媒體被高度分享而創下高點閱次數與話題性,使得議題備受關注,進而促成公益目的。然而,劇情是微電影的主軸,亦影響著一個需要被傳播的故事是否被認同與分享。因此本研究以故事三角理論探討何種劇情的設計能引起較高的情感反應與社群分享意願,並探討其之間的影響程度。「感動99」為華碩文教基金會與公共電視舉辦的影片徵選活動,此活動以減少數位落差、發掘台灣創作人才與推廣影響社會的正面能量為衷旨,並將得獎作品編輯成學齡兒童之教案提供全國小學使用,是為公益目的之短片創作

。本研究採用其2012年至2014年間之得獎作品做為研究樣本,一共有30部,並從其中篩選出8部微電影作為實驗中的代表性樣本。使用問卷調查法來收集受眾對公益微電影的情感影響與社群分享意圖,並將收集而來的問卷進行統計分析與探討。研究結果顯示:(1)原型劇情能引起最高的情感反應與社群分享意圖(2)由影片所引發的情感反應會對社群分享意圖造成正面的影響(3)封閉式結局與線性時間的故事結構可以提升微電影劇情的情感反應與社群分享意圖。研究結果提供公益微電影相關研究及製作參考。
